Ealing

About the Area

An ecosystem all on its own, Ealing is a state of mind. And the state of mind is one of calm and curiosity. The borough of Ealing comprises Ealing Common, Ealing Broadway, South Ealing and West Ealing, all with fabulous quiet residential streets, lots of green spaces (think dog-walking, cycling, open-air yoga, picnics, oodles of fresh air) and a vibrant town centre. Why leave Ealing, ever?

But the locals do leave, mostly to get to their important jobs in the city. And with four tube stations with access to the Central Line (Ealing Broadway), Piccadilly Line (South Ealing, Ealing Common & nearby Northfields) and District Line (Ealing Common & Ealing Broadway), as well as an Overground station at West Ealing, commuters get in and out of their beloved piece of green with ease.

The dining options in Ealing offer a delightful evening out. Located on the corner of Ealing Common and somewhat of an Ealing institution, Charlotte’s Place has been around since 1984 and serves traditional British cuisine. Then there’s the pocket-sized Italian restaurant Santa Maria Pizzeria, an Ealing gem loved by families and folks visiting from further afield (i.e. the city).
