Balham

A South-London hotspot with community feel

Balham offers a relaxed atmosphere and mainly down-to-earth residents who love to join local community activities. It offers you the simple pleasures of life, without any ostentation – that exactly is its charm.

The area is located inside Zone 3 in South West London, surrounded by Clapham to the north, Brixton to the east, and Tooting to the south.

Families, young professionals as well as elderly people enjoy both the affordable amenities and the proximity of leafy parks there.

The largest Non-UK nationalities you can get acquainted with here are the Irish, Polish, South Africans and Aussies.
